How to Become a Forum Member...

Membership in the Louisville Forum is open to individuals who want to know more about the important issues facing our community.

FULL MEMBERSHIP:
$225 - Includes all eleven regular luncheon meetings, the Annual Meeting, all social events and monthly communications. You may let someone else use your membership when unable to attend.

BASIC MEMBERSHIP
$100 - Entitles members to attend regular luncheon meetings and the Annual Meeting at a reduced cost, and attend all social events on a complimentary basis.

Membership in the Louisville Forum is open to individuals who want to know more about the important issues facing our community.

If you prefer you may download the Louisville Forum Membership application HERE, fill out the application and mail in your application and payment in the form of a check made out to Louisville Forum.
